All goods in stock are normally shipped within 24 hours of order. Any significant delay will be advised.
UK
Small items are normally sent via Royal Mail First class. Larger items or items of value will be sent by Royal mail Special Delivery or by courier and have to be signed for on delivery.

EUROPE [Inc EIRE] EEC
Parts will normally be shipped by Royal Mail International recorded service if the parcel weighs less than 2kg.;Larger items will be sent by Courier. VAT is chargeable on EEC sales at current UK rate.
Due to the vast range of products on offer of different sizes and weights we reserve the right to re quote shipping should the shipping cost be significantly higher than the table rate quoted. Equally if the table rate paid is considerably more than the cost of shipping then a refund will be applied.

REST OF THE WORLD

RETURNS
Please check your goods on delivery. Should you need to return any item please complete the returns form supplied with the goods in full.
Please note that returns will only be accepted if:

1. The items are returned unused and in original packaging, undamaged.
2. Goods must be returned within 14 days of invoice
3. Customers should ensure that they receive proof of posting as lossed or damaged items in return post will not be refunded.
4. Items correctly supplied will incur a 15% restock charge
5. We cannot accept returns on Electrical or carburetor parts, books, Videos or DVDs unless faulty in which case a replacement will be supplied only.
6. Other faulty items should be returned within 30 days
7. Delivery charges are not refundable
